Returns

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging

• Free of added decorations, ribbons, lights, or alterations

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order arrangements

• Opened or burned candles

• Curated gift boxes once opened

• Gift cards

• Items marked Sale or Final Sale

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@thefinchandfox.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
